Welcome to the FlyTac Academy. We create individual and group coaching programs using our unique, holistic training methodology tailored around your specific needs and goals. No matter what your starting level is, we’ll help you to become a better shooter.
At Flytac Academy we believe that shooting is an exciting sport that will help you relax, strengthen all muscle groups, improve focus and self-confidence.
We provide PRS shooting training packages for everyone, whether you have just decided to start your adventure with shooting and would like to build a solid foundation or are an experienced shooter who wants to improve and further develop their skills.
We challenge the belief that shooting is only for men. Research shows that women have natural predispositions to precision sports, and we would like to see more women participating in shooting competitions. One of our instructors and cofounders is an experienced female shooter.

Benefits of working with us
FlyTac Academy was created by me (hi – I’m Damian) and my wife (Ania – the boss) so that we could combine our love and knowledge for our passion (shooting!) with our many years’ experience in practicing professional development and training during our careers in the aviation industry. We’re good shooters (if we do say so ourselves) but we’re also great at communicating and have lots of experience helping a broad spectrum of people and personalities to develop themselves to achieve excellence; it’s this combination which makes FlyTac unique, and which will make you a better shooter.
The FlyTac academy takes no shortcuts. We’ve had many successes in our shooting careers but are also familiar with failure – and we know how to deal with it. You’ll learn from both our successes and our mistakes.

As for the boring (but important) bits, I hold the PZSS shooting instructor certification and some of our instructors have a security clearance _ SECRET, NATO SECRET, EU SECRET/EUSECRET.
